Who publishes this site

www.cybertactik.fr is published by Services-Conseil BrainStorm Cyberrisques Inc., operating as Brainstorm CyberRisk, an independent advisory firm working across Montréal, Paris and Martinique.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Any question about this policy goes to contact@brainstorm-cyberrisk.com.

What we collect

The demo request form is the only place this site asks you for anything: your name, your organisation, your email address and your message.

The site runs no analytics and shows no advertising pixels. The only third-party service it loads is Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which protects the form from bots. Two cookies may be set: NEXT_LOCALE, by this site, which remembers the language you read it in until you close your browser, and _GRECAPTCHA, by Google on google.com when you send the form, for six months.

What we do with it

We use what you send to answer your request. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for anything else.

Your message is delivered to us by Resend, an email service provider that acts only on our instructions. We keep it until your request has been dealt with.

Technical errors on the site, and the loading time of about one page in ten, are sent to Sentry so that we can fix errors and slowdowns. These reports carry the page address and technical details about the browser; the site attaches neither your IP address nor anything you type into the form.

To tell people from bots, reCAPTCHA Enterprise reads technical signals from your browser and from your interaction with the page, and Google processes them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to its use, or to withdraw it. Write to contact@brainstorm-cyberrisk.com and we will act on it.

Visitors in the European Union have the rights the General Data Protection Regulation grants them, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

Law and language

This policy is governed by the law applicable in the province of Québec, Canada.

Where the language versions of this page differ, the French version prevails.
